TGA thumbnails in win7 explorer? [Solved]

Hi GT, it's been a while!
Finally getting around to setting up all the modding stuff on my new PC and one of the items on my list is a way to view tga thumbnails from the explorer (which would be really helpful when adding a new terrain texture in ZE or something). I tried the greggman one but that didn't work as it's for XP. It obviously isn't a necessity but I'm sure most people here mod on win7 machines and probably have something rigged up. Thanks for any help!
