I made a model in XSI and applied two textures using the UV mapping method. I then exported it with Repsharpshooter's meshex. The textures then showed up completley different than they were in XSI ingame. Here is a picture of what they looked like in XSI:
and ingame:

You also might want to fix the giant-ism

I just had this same thing happen, but I couldn't find the feeze UV button so I exported as an obj and imported it into a new scene and it worked! You have to re-add the nulls though.

to freeze try:
click on the model => click transform on the right side => choose freeze all transforms

I'm pretty sure that only works on poly transforms, not UV transforms.

You can also do a freeze within the texture editor, highlight the polys in the editor that you want to freeze go to the edit pull down and press freeze.
From personal experience this will sometimes make the selected polies disappear, they are not gone just close and reopen the editor and they will be back quirk of XSI I guess (or me)

What I did was I followed Wazmol's tutorial on how to texture in XSI. I selected my object and under Edit on the right hand column I clicked freeze. Here is a pic if you want to see what I did visually:
I also freezed to get rid of the green box around my object. Is that the same freezing you guys are talking about or is it something else? And also I freezed multiple times is that okay?

Did that exactly as you suggested and nothing changed. It seems I only get a weird result when I use a yellow and black texture for some reason. I have UV mapped several times before and had everything work out fine.

Export the model as a .obj, then open a new scene, and re-import.
Make a new dummyroot, and export it like you normally would for MshEx.

Ok, I will try that. It sounds like it should work.

It did for me. I had the same problem.
