Well, I was in ze, and I was following the new mode tut. I was on the part where I had to go to active layer change and make a new layer.

I pressed "New"

I got Layer000

hmm... I thought...

I continued, looking here and there for a way to change the layer name, but I couldnt find it.

In other words/ without a stupid dialogue, how do I rename a layer?

It's been awhile, but off the top of my head I thought you could right click on it. Could be wrong - it's been a long time since I've needed ZE.
