You don't know? Oh well.
FIRST: Browse to your data_***/Worlds/^^^ and create three new folders named:
effects
msh
odf
Then Browse to whatever world you want an object from (example Mos Eisley) Browse to assets/Worlds/TAT (Tatooine abbreviation) and copy the odf found in the odf folder and the msh found in the msh folder for the object you want into their appropriate folders in the data_***/Worlds/*** folder.
NOTE: *** = Three letter world name.

Re: How to make buildings
Or this:
Just copy the tat world folder from the assets to C:\BF2_ModTools\data_***\Worlds\***
NOTE: *** = Three letter world name.

In Zero Edit click the "object", then browse into your maps odf stock. To use custom models just take the odfs and put them in the odf folder and put the tgas and mshs in the msh folder.
Note: Be sure to not copy and paste over an old odf, msh, or effect folder. Also watch out to not delete the PC folders inside
