My models turn black inside carbon freeze chamber? [Solved]

I'm trying to do a Cloud City map everything works fine except when inside the carbon freeze chamber my models turn black anyone know why? Thanks

Create a shadow region and set the light in properties, or place a light inside.

Thanks a million I guess I should have tried that but I just assumed that if I could see then it couldn't be the light. Worked great thanks again!
