Changing default buff values

Is there any way that I could change the default award's values? What I mean by that is for example I'd like to change the amount of points needed to receive an award (energy regen/damage reduction)

I've looked around the forum and didn't find anything about this. I only found out how to disable the award FX but that is not what I'm looking for. Thank you

If you're asking what I think you're asking (i.e. change the amount of kills required before receiving the award weapon), I don't think it can be done, and if it can, it can't be done easily.

Yes that is what I'm asking. Did nobody ever try?

Not sure. Try looking around in points.lua located in data_***\Common\scripts\, it may have something interesting inside.

I took a look at it but there were just values that tell game how many points you get after you do certain things(like kills/flag captures/cp captures) if I increased it, would it mean that I would also get the awards faster? lets say for example if I changed the amount of point gain for kill human player would it still count towards the awards?

Edit: I've tried to change a value but it had no effect, also, shouldn't the munging process create ingame.lvl for it to work? Because it didn't

This thread should adequately explain how to get a custom ingame.lvl working: http://www.gametoast.com/forums/viewtop ... 27&t=12600

alright, got it working. although it wasn't what my question was exactly, I will not look for an answer no longer so you may think of it as solved
