Run Time error

I've started making a new map, usually this doesn't happen but this time it does, everytime I attempt to open zeroedior, it says ***Runtime Error, contact system manufacturer... I used to get this with games that I bought but this time its actually a small application.

If you have Vista/Win7, there's a big shiny stickied post at the top of the page

If you don't, well, ask yourself if you made any changes to your computer since ZE last worked, then go from there.

Nope that topic didn't solve my problem, I always had BF2 installed to the directory before I installed modtools. Should uninstall both bf2 and modtools and try again?
