adding edge or subdividing

Anytime I add edge or subdivide and export a .msh and open it in .msh viewer it says outofbounce and overstack how can i fix it?

Are you freezing the model's operating stack before exporting?

my right tab does not have the edit tab it only has a select and transform tabs

Ok so the freezing model only works when in the the sub division panel I check the parallel edge loop and connect boxes, yet it doesnt work when I only click the connect box. why is that because i dont like the loop it makes, i only want one edge.

edit: so if i make one edge it fails yet if i loop it around it works. why?
edit: is there a subdivision shortcut key?
