Weird skeleton/animation set bug

I've been trying to make an animation set for a fambaa, without much success. I overrode all the stock animations with an idle animation to get it to work, but now I see that the unit seems to be missing collision geometry (or whatever it's called): I can fly through the unit, any bullets I shoot go right through it without hitting it. Does anyone know where this collision information is stored? Is it in basepose.msh? Or in each of the animations?
