i have read the tutorials but they dont make sense to me
i got the part with the effects but after that i go blank
so please help gametoast

Have you read the Star Wars Battlefront: Modder's Tutorial? If so what do you not specificly understand? (example: you got stuck on this part: This section calls the envfx (environment effects) and is called ModID.fx)
p.s. I reread you post, so are you stuck at the bottom of the tutorial around this point: Ok? ALL FILES ARE GOLDEN! Now you have to place your water using ZeroEdit-- or was it some where else you got stuck?
