Changing profile name in-game?

is there any cheat, fakeconsole command, or some other way to change profile name ingame? im making a friend believe that the machine makes some few elite AI that can (as jedi) force jump/hover or are fighting like a player (with guns)... ive heard of "cheat Engine" in an other post... can i do that with it? yeah, and i cant play via internet because of some issues in my game, so im playing on lan, so ill not use this over internet.

So you're basically asking for an auto-bot/aimer bot utility? (which would aide you in changing your profile name ingame, which you can also do via a simple startup)

As far as I know, it's impossible to change your ingame name without creating a new profile.

You can't change your ingame name when you're ingame. But the v1.3 patch allows you to change it in the map selection screen. You have to type a certain command into that 'map preview' video that was added by the patch. See its documentation to get what you need to type.
