How to change the laser shield bar's color

Hi GT

Like Mass effect uification mod, I would like to know how to change the laser shield bar's color? For exemple white -------> to blue, (it's a small touch that I love...lol

)

It's stored in the HUD file. See the tutorials about rebuilding the ingame.lvl and editing HUD data.
