How do we make the viewable map in the editor bigger?

I want to make Scarif but the box we get to work with is freaking tiny, yet the map in the game is like infinite. How do we increase what we see? This forum is mostly dead but help would be amazingly appreciated.

Thanks for that. Just quick problem - Even if I try to put a texture on the ground, it just stays black with a grid?

That doesn't answer my question. What is the full path to the terrain texture?
Example:
C:\BF2_ModTools\data_ABC\Worlds\ABC\world1\ABC_main_1.tga

C:\BF2_ModTools\assets\Worlds\KAS\world2\kas2_main_3
That is the location.
And I want to be able to move it into a folder usable for my map. That is the Sand texture needed for most of Scarif.
EDIT
While I'm at it, how do I put the model and texture of the palm trees found in this map into the map folder so I can use it for my map?

Copy the texture to your map's
world1 folder (i.e.
BF2_ModTools\data_ABC\Worlds\ABC\world1).
Those palm trees are part of
this model pack.

Gab explained it perfectly but here's the relevant page from the docs. The section above discusses how to add objects, which may help when you go about adding the palm trees.
