how can I make an own vehicle msh (I wan't to make a broadside cruiser (EAW))?
I just want to have the form no texture...
Can I make it with blender (by the blender foundation) or something like this???

yes, you can make models for battlefront in blender. you can also use XSI
take a look at this thread, it contains links to every thing known about making models for battlefront.
