Smoothing works wonders
He looks fatter
Looks much improved over the old one, even if the changes seem minor at first, looks awesome.

The only problem I have with the new ep2 trooper is near the top of the visor, where it seems to jut forward/ curve in. That's one thing that should have been kept the same from the old model.

The black ring? or what?
It has around 2600 polys last time I checked, fairly reasonable. 4800 triangles though.

On your model, near the converging vertical line of the visor, the helmet seems to cave in, while the previous model has an almost 90 degree (vertical) angle all the way.

Woaw! :O Very nice Mav'!
Here's
Battlefront Zero's Padmé Amidala; she's not perfect, but good enough for the 2 maps she'll be in ^^ Note: I didn't take her Geo cloths as reference; i know it's way different.. This is BF0 Clothing ^^

Just had to do this
(mods tell me if you think this is inapropiate; I'll delete it)

@Maveritchell
Starkiller looks great! I have a few qualms though;
- Though Starkiller's clothes do have a touch of purple in some renders, I think you're overdoing it a bit, I would desaturate it and darken it a bit as well.
- You should also extend his ankle-tape (well, more like calf-tape) to reach down the sole of his boot, as shown in this picture
- Tying in with number one, I would go ahead and darken nearly every aspect of him. Starkiller should be sort of a dark, slightly menacing young man, in your version he could pass for a hero
@ MandeRek:
Is that all from scratch? Very impressive!
Her arms look a bit thin but that's all I can really find wrong about her.

Alright, 20 bucks Maveritchell is making some kind of map or mode related to The Force Unleashed. What makes me think this? The TFU stormtrooper skin he made, Star Killer, and General Kota.
Will this end up awesome? If Mav's at the wheel, yeah dang right!

There's no purple at all in the texture, what you see is just a trick of the eye. I don't want to darken the texture too much, because after all, Starkiller was both a good guy and a bad guy. Also, my design was based off of the Soul Calibur render (second pic you posted) and not the 360/PS3 render (first pic). I might touch it up once I see what it looks like ingame.

If the feet are any indication, that's based off of the Aayla model (you can also see hints of it in the flap over the crotch).

Ah, good call, I just cropped a section of his clothing and it is in fact gray.
