Animation munge in Win 7

Post by fiddler_on_the_roof »

i am trying to munge new animations, and i found the fix for vista, most of which usually work with win 7. however, when i munge my animations, a zenasset.log appears, with nothing in it, but there are no anims in my side folder.
has anyone else had this problem and found a fix?

Make sure you have all the proper .bat files in the animation directory. Have a look at the shipped animation folder structure to find out which ones go where.
If you have all those, do you get a zenasset.log file when you try to munge? This is the log file that gets created when munging and any munge errors show up there.

The other problem is it can't find anything to munge which may mean an improperly exported msh file (not having the animation box checked is one of my favorite and often done mistakes)
