Force power colours

Is it possible to change the colour of force powers, eg. wave or lightning?
if so, how?
and is it possible to change the colour of any force power that has an effect?

Use particle editor to edit most effects in general...

For both of those it's easiest to use particle editor.: Click on
ME for a link to get it working.
