Yeah like I said it was during a class, it was teaching the basics of Max, which I already knew at that point.

Yeah since 90 percent of people who play mod maps play on SP, I have to incorporate SP modes. MP is still freakin amazing though and I hope at some point either GT/gmrz/gwf will sponsor a dedicated server. Especially for Wampa King of the Hill modes :D (have you forgotten about that?)

Thought just popped into my head: will there be a roof mounted camera or something of that ilk so you can get a birds eye view on the chess match? etherwise it would be kinda hard to play.

Hey, this thought just came to mind... how about a car race? You know, like different types of cars race around a track and try to race against time.

Btw, will there be any custom music? Like say, any from the Clone Wars movie?

Erm..Excuse me Rep, I have a idea.

How about if you could put in something like a button to close arena and other things, because I am a BIG RPG fan and make RPGs daily, I would probrably need one of those buttons so that people don't come into the server and wreck it by killing and running around and destroying anything...if it is possible. Or even admin commands to do that?
I'm sorry if it already has been said.
Also, great work. I absoultley LOVE this map to BITS. I can't wait till it comes out.

Can't you just kick them after warning them?

Official To Do List
  • DM mode and layout
    • Description: This will add a DM mode to clan mode, an ingame option set by the command panel. Activating this mode will: open both portals up, teleport you to a random place within the arena on entering a portal, and give you points for killing any player. Upon death you spawn in the lobby, with the option of entering the portals again. This feature will include a new arena layout called the DM Layout, inspired by HL2DM maps.
    • Status: Logistics of scripting thought through, arena layout designed.
  • 1CTF mode
    • Description: this adds a 1ctf mode to the SP arena.
    • Status: initial work done, layers set up incorrectly.
  • 2CTF mode
    • Description: this is a new mode, that features Clan mode, except with a 2ctf set up instead of TDM. If it's possible to merge this all into the original Clan Mode, that would be best. I'm just not sure if I can toggle ctf on/off with lua.
    • Status: not started.
  • Tweak Twilek skins
    • Description: Accidentally skinned off the dancer's underwear.
    • Status: ...
  • Loadscreen
    • Description: self-explanatory
    • Status: will do at end of map
  • Public Relations
    • Description: Includes a website, trailer, and a how-to manual and video.
    • Status: will do at end of map.
Everything else has been dropped or ignored. I'm doing this to force me to finish something. I hope to finish all of these, do a beta test, fix any easy bugs, then release (so I can get on with my life).

Glad to hear you're getting close to wrapping stuff up. Even with dropping some things, this is still one massive piece of work.

For those dancers: Icemember posted some Twilek skins on the FF forums. I think it was under SWBF2 > Modding and Editing > In The Works. You should ask him about them; they looked pretty well done.

lol Wow, Rep. That's kinda funny. Wouldn't be surprised if someone came in requesting it to stay because of some wild fantasy. But anyways, glad to hear this is coming along nicely.
