It's not more than a few minutes ago, I were reading this tread:

Quicly I became very interested in recolouring skins, so I did a little research, however, which progam do you recommed to use, Photoshop or Paintshop Pro? Or in other words, which one is easiest to use?
Thanks in advance.[/url]

Microsoft Paint is easiset to use. If you want something more powerful, use Gimp. Gimp is comparable to Photoshop in features, but Gimp is completely free.

MicroSoft Paint is useful on many things, but if you want to make advanced skins, like 41'st-troops, you need Photoshop or GIMP.

photoshop is undoubtedly the most powerful, but its also very expensive and more complicated (more difficult to learn).
