LoL, you don't import .ODF files into XSI, you don't even import .MSH files. What you do is you go into ZeroEditor, convert a .MSH to .OBJ, and then open that in XSI. I'm not going to elaborate because this has been asked at least twice before. Use the search function next time.

If you don't know the difference between ODF and MSH and such things yet, I highly recommend that you read the "getting started" guide that comes with the modtools. It explains a lot of basic yet very important stuff.
I'm the kind of guy who does stuff without reading the documentation :P, but not with the modtools, you need to learn the basics before you can use them proparly.

I know what the ODF and msh and all that is. But I just didn't know how to make it interact with XSI. :| . If some1 could tell me the thread Rekubot is talking about that will be much appreciated. :D (I tried the search but it doesn't give any results)

You can't open an ODF in XSI. An ODF is text. A MSH is a 3-Dimensional computer object.
