Yeah. It's beautiful in game, and with the LowRez's coming, will look even better! The only problem I have, is it really lags up my ZE, but i'm not planning to make a map with this in just yet, i'm waiting for the Venator first.

me too, but have you noticed that the hangar floor.. has no collision geometry and the bridge "disappears" if you get closer to it?

The reason you get those errors is because one of the textures is saved with 32 bits instead on 24, and the other error is because the dimensions of the textures aren't 512*512 or 256*256 or whatever.

the textures are fine.. i fixed it :wink: But hmm... I don't get the no collision geometry and the disappearing objects :P

i have the same problem with the bridge, i dont know how to fix it.
and for the collision problem, try to create a msh.option file with the name of the hangar msh and in this file you add

i did this for the venator and it works, hope it works for the hangar too


and i found the venator, i thought i lost the files but they are all here.
i release 2 versions, one with all the hangars and on without hangars, that means that are all doors close.

i think you get the venator tomorrow, now its bedtime for me :wink: [/code]

I never got them anyway, but I still need to fix the texture. I think i'll do that now, to give me time to add some more detail to the Invisible Hand. (In relation to 5 posts above this)

And Dragonum, releasing the Venator tomorrow would be fantastic! I can imagine some very cool maps coming out within the next week!

Edit: I still get the "Split Throne Room" bug/thing, even with the new OBG. I really don't know how to fix it. However, if Dragonum can get it not to split, i'm sure it's possible for myself, too.

On Topic: Well, I can imagine Dragonum is finishing off the Venator today, and maybe to release it. Also, after it is released, we have the Acclamator coming! I'm not bothered if we don't have all of the models by the weekend, as long as they have quality, like the IH, i'm happy with it. And with Dragonum's and Bertie's joint effort, I know we will get excellent models. And textures.

Thanks for the Venator(s), Dragonum! I'm sure people will test these long and hard, and be sure to find bugs - if there are any.

I'm not really surprised though. Dragonum said even he hadn't tested it in-game yet, so I couldn't really expect any ODF's to be in it.

you can load the model in one peice now.. (pretty much) and somethin' about the textures or layers of the model was fixed :wink:
