Hi i've a question i have Kashyyk Forest and i had Naboo Theed Hangar. But now every time i load Kashyyyk Forest there apears the loadscreen from Naboo Theed Hangar. I looked in the addon folder from Kashyyyk and found a loadscreen.tga file. i opened it and found the loadscreen from Naboo Theed Hangar. i changed the file but there is still the loadscrenn from Naboo Theed Hangar.

well if you have 2 .tga (naboo and kashyyyyk) first call to one loadscreen and munge a loadscreen.lvl call him for example NABscreen and now call to kashyyyk .tga loadscreen and munge again and the new .lvl call him KASscreen so into their luas put the line:
naboo
ReadDataFile("dc:Load\\NABscreen.lvl")
kashyyyk
ReadDataFile("dc:Load\\KASscreen.lvl")

So you open the .tga in GIMP, and it's the naboo loadscreen? If so I'd think the simplest fix would be to replace it with the kashyyyk one

yes i opened it with paint.net and than i renamed in into loadscreenNTH.tga and put a Kashyyyk screenshot into the folder and named it loadscreen.tga but i still see the Naboo screen.

Loadscreen files come in the form of and are read as .lvls not .tgas and they are found in the Load folder of an addon map. You can't do what you are attempting to do without munging a new loadscreen .lvl file with the same name as the one you want to replace.

Ah sorry, I thought you were making your own load screens. You could (though maybe impractical) just make your own if you really wanted, or you could try removing and re-downloading the map, that should take care of any mix-ups I'd think. Then again, what do I know?

does it honestly matter that the loadscreen has changed? if you know what map it is, than why not just carry on with your life unconcerned?
