Ok how can i add recoil to a weapon ?

in the weapon odf use these lines

RecoilLengthLight = "value"
RecoilLengthHeavy = "value"
RecoilStrengthLight = "value"
RecoilStrengthHeavy = "value"

whats the difference between length and strength, and how can you have both light and heavy recoils?
