DEV's Mod 1.1 Beta

NEW VERSION 1.5

DESCRIPTION/CHANGES
This is mod add new era x and y, and customizing the era_G for the next plantes in conquest mod)
Bespin Plataforms (by TEANCUM, 50th gama legion in this)
Coruscant (modified by me, 501st legion as era y and 50th gama legion as era x)
Geonosis (modified by me, rex's legion (phase 1 clones), added laat and AAT)
Kamino (Rex's legion and for era g imperial legion (empire vs Halo Covenant sangheili))
Kashyyyk (modified by me, added AT-TE, AAT, and HailFire droid)
Mustafar (65th Homeworld Security and 50th gama legion )
Mygeeto (modified by me added AT-RT, 442nd Siega Battalion/7th Sky Corps and Rex's legion, for era_g imperial legion the same in kamino)
Naboo (modified by me, changed sky and lights, 50th gama legion and imperial legion)
Mos Eisley (modified by me, 50th gama legion and imperial legion)
Jabba's Palace (50th gama legion)
Utapau (modified by me, 212th attack battalion and 50th gamma legion)

This mod have the next modifys:
* New Sounds for: Chaingun, DC-15 weapons, DC-17 Hand Blaster(sound from the TCW ep 15 Trespass), Timebomb (named to Seismic charges), DC-17m weapons.
* New weapons, Mortar Launcher for Rep, Bulldog RLR for rep.
* Rep weapons with Blue’s laser (also Chaingun, Shotgun and awards weapons)
* SBD with Dual shoot, the same Droideka
* FusionCutter as Secondary weapon, for CIS Healing units, for REP Damage cis’s droids
* and more

INSTALL:
* download it and unzip it, put the ABC folder on C:\Archivos de programa\LucasArts\Star Wars Battlefront II\GameData\addon
* download the Unofficial Star Wars Battlefront II v1.3 Patch (Lite r117)(sorry but without it the game don't show the new eras :( )
* play it and enjoy :D

NOTE: the unoficial patche link is other, not SWBFfilefront.com

Downloading now, i saw oics from previous version, looks nice :thumbs:. Btw, The topic says 1.2 beta, but on filefront it says 1.1 beta. Is it a typo?

This is AMAZING Dev! Great job, as usual! And by the way, could you please send me the model for VF501's underhand chaingun? The link is broken and i noticed you used it.

This is a fine sides mod, I'm actually going to keep it around until the next version comes out.

Most of your skins look professional, I really like the appearence of every legion, specially the Imperial one. There are a couple skins I don't like, and that's because their faces look cartoony and just plain creepy:

There are still lots of floating icons, and although normally I don't mind this kind of thing, there are some HUGE icons that really distract me, as seen here:

I kinda like the modified Geonosis, it's plain, but it feels somewhat fresh, Kashyyyk, on the other hand, doesn't. To be sincere, Kashyyyk looks ugly and devoid of anything interesting. There's also this strange texture bug in Mos Eisley:

I can't play Jabba's Palace, I get a "too many missions" error even though I have removed everything from my addon folder, except for your mod and the 1.3 patch thing; I also get this same error at Naboo and some other map I forgot.

The Chaingun and the Grenade Launcher are too overpowered, seriously, too much ammo, no overheat, no limitations.

Still this is, as I stated before, a fine mod with a high quality of visuals and a nice variety of weapons, you are creative and very good at what you do, and I will definitely be waiting for the next version, I enjoy your work.

A minor suggestion of personal taste I would offer to you, is to have a(some?) different unit depending on the map or the legion; having different looking legions for each map is good, but having a completely different, unique unit is, in my personal opinion, even better, this adds some uniqueness to those legions/maps. Again, this is a matter of my personal taste, I like nowadays randomness, so feel free to disregard it if you don't like it. :P

well you have reason in all except ONE, i uploaded the ingame.lvl for fix the floating icons xD could you download it please?xD

you don't understand again xD, i will upload the ingame.lvl file (this fix the floating icon position and remove the war hero effect)

ready please download this Ingame.lvl before of replace your ingame.lvl make backup of it, after replace the floating icon problem must to be solved :wink:

the DC 15 sidearm was made by Dragonum
the fordopistol was made by wazmol and the texture he used by inyri forge
the arc-gun/westar M5 was made by bertie
