Are there any AutoCAD like softwares ??

i was wondering if there are and programs that i could use to make 3d objects for SWBF2 that work like AutoCAD. The reason is because I have taken a AutoCAD class in school and can make cool 3d things in AutoCAD but softimage is totally different and i was wondering if there is a easier way for me to make 3d objects and put them in a map.
Any help would be appreciated.

there are ways to get things into the game but only simple objects and its more work, also, NO game engine is gonna use a cad program, they just dont have what it takes.

The lowest version of AutoCAD, that can do 3D, is more expensive than XSI Foundation. I believe MilkShake had a .DXF format import option, so maybe that would work for AutoCAD's .DXF.

also if youre a student you can get foundation for somewhere around $150 cause the advanced version for students is only $350, XSI foundation would be a good investment, it has everything a game modder needs.
