Looks pretty good, for a first attempt.

Its good, but you missed some stripes in the torso.

I realized my assumptions about the UV's of the droideka shield were wrong... And I wanted to update the skin anyway, so here it is again... (This particular one is a modified ice texture from rhen var)

It looks like it has different stripes on the shoulder pads too, I think my original reference pic was off.

Is that model Codarez's or ported?

If its ported, Coda must have done a good job, I can't really tell much of a difference.

I like it. Second skin, you say? Still looks better than the second skin that I can remember that I did. I forgot what it was, but I remember it was pretty sucky.

Good job. Especially that choice of red (I like red. lol)

The basis of my reference is a direct model viewer-ish screenie thats why my detail was heavily paid attention to, and why it is much similar to a port

Hehe it is much different alright, mine is a similar readout to stock stormies(kitbash basis), while that is a perfect port of the screenie above.
