bf_modtool_no_dvd.exe

what can i do with this?? and how can i use it?? is there a tutorial maybe??
i just had this problem and i don't know how to exit the command console:

you press "^" to open up the console as far as i know
about the commands: search for "console commands"
the bf2_modtools.exe is normally used to generate a debuglog if something doesnt work properly, there's a topic explaining many errors on the top of the modding forum.
