Make the jetpack geometry part of the player model or create a new jet effect which uses the jetpack geometry.

Hmm, I heard that addon meshes disappear when you jump, why is that
(it says so in the tutorial on how to make addon meshes)?

I've made my own before and it didn't disappear (note that no hex editing was used) so why
was there that warning?

Sorry for going off-topic, its always bothered me.

The game is programmed to make them disappear because of the Geonosian. The wings are an addon mesh when walking around but disappear and are replaced by an effect when flying, and therefore also when using jetpacks. They don't disappear during regular jumping.

If I suddenly get a ton of free time this week, I might model that. I would likely fit it onto the SBD's skeleton; texturing might be annoying. I'll let you know if I start any work on it. (I'm planning to make another model this week.)

No offense to the people at Pandemic who made the Super Battledroid model for both SWBF1 and 2, but it's just a tad too.... 'pointy' at the top.

I request someone make a slightly improved model of the B-2, but whoever does take the request can go all out if they want.

A nice medium would be perfect. Unless the model isn't the problem and it's the skeleton that makes the 'pointy' effect happen - I dunno. Perhaps some further investigation later. :lol:

Yeah, but not so much the B2 as the B1- it's head shape is like, the opposite of what it is in the movie.

Let's face it, almost all of the SWBFII character/unit models need to be redone.
