Your REQ looks fine except you may want to remove all those comment-out marks (--) unless you don't want foliage, etc. to work.

Well, that was the last of my checklist for BF1 conversion problems. However...
Double check the case of that the C's and P's match with the CP names in ZE. If this isn't the problem I don't know what else it could be.

this is getting really annoying. how did the people who made the conversion pack do it? it's obiously possible.
why is that conversion tutorial on this site if it is wrong, and it hasn't been updated in a while either!

I personally think the tutorial is very straightforward. If you want, I can try my hand at converting your map for you to see whether or not the same results are yield.
