You can convert AVI to audio only, extract all the frames, convert AVI to a number of formats, read .bik (bink) files (as seen in KOTOR and BF1942). It's very useful.

you could also get easy Hi-Q Recorder, a great program...

I can get it for you. same or better audio quality as the video.

It's alright, already got it using the method Z13 used, and converted using the RAD video tools.
