How do i change the ordnance color of weapons?

I want to know how to change the color of the gun for ex. the republic's are blue and i want to make them yellow how would i do that.

go into its odf and change the color of the laser

just needed to say that thats the ordenance color not the gun's color
if you were changing the gun's color then you would need gimp (or other tools)
and yes as acryptozoo said, it is an odf line for the ordenance color
