i've spoken to linus and masterskywalker with an idea of mine.
linus and master' agreed to make a transport via moddeling that can cloak!!!!!
maybe we can make it easier by making an la at with this ability but we don't know yet.
linus or ms will report further developments of this kind.

Ideas like the Clone Assassin are good, but an LAAT with cloaking ability? How in the world is that canon? Anything on Wookiepedia that actually looks canonical (i.e. this) is OK, but other things (i.e. this) should not be taken seriously. At least, that's how I've interpreted it. But if we're going for complete Star Wars canon we're not giving a tiny transport like that a cloaking device.
@Pi314: When you say "same base character multiple times on the same map", do you mean the same model but with different textures and each one is a seperate class? Or do you mean that you could have randomised textures for the same class (i.e. different scratches and scorch marks each time)?
@Linus: Okay, I'll get onto a few, though if you have any specific vehicles/grenades you want explosions for don't hesitate to tell me. We should also try and get our hands on the explosion that maxloef made, and the one that Majin Revan uses in his RoTE maps.

Like Wazmol said, you should join the CIM forum and then CIM Team, then stuff you dont want the public to know you can post in the CIM only section in our forum.

Everything will be 100% canon. End of story.I've got an cool idea for a space coruscant map...the V-wings could be exactly like the TIE-interceptor when it comes to weapons and maneuvrability and the ARC-170 could have more powerful blasters and missiles and have three "pilots"

No. Some of those clones aren't canon and we're making battles from the movie here, not just random fictional battles. If he has canon clones that we can't make better versions of, we'll use them. Only not the ones from the conversion pack, because you can't edit their ODF files.maybe we could use some of the unused conversion pack clones that Tean released a while ago?
Edit: I've just slung together a quick movie of the frag grenade explosion; it's nothing special. The fragmentation grenade is weak but cheap, so I've made a rather small explosion for it. Comments?
