Nope, I made it from the shipped character myself. I made a variation of it in my Krynx map but it was just a white skull with blue armor

Put the skins in your sides MSH folder. And rename them the skin that the unit uses. If you get a Phase I trooper skin, rename it rep_inf_trooper or whatever the trooper's msh name is.
