Karnage has been around for a while, I vote yes.
He's certainly less of a pain in the butt than I was when I joined.

As I've stated two times to Qdin(lol), yes, we should let him join.

MonCalamari, I'd like to remove that 'recruiting power' from you.

first of all we're not neccessarily looking for good players, but people from Gametoast whom we know and feel comfortable with.

i've asked people who has been on Xfire this week since Monday what they thought about Karnage joining the GT clan. I TOLD him that it'd take a week and i'd drop off a topic here later in the week.

that is a HUGE Minus that he didn't trust ME and could not wait that single week.

He's still coming into the clan, but he sure lost alot of respect from my side... I hope he can start rebuilding

Second of all, it shouldn't be one - and (with all respect) especially not such a 'newcomer' in the clan - who 'recruits' members. I've seen it in alot of other clans, where the 'older' members barely gets a chance to talk to the new people because the recruiters either only choose from good results and noone is informed about it.

All in all, my personal opinion in these cases of recruiting will be that EVERYONE can get people in - they just have to make a topic after a few days where they've been asking around. not one, but ALL [GT] members should have something to say. 1-1½ week should be enough so people can reply in the topics.

Qdin, first of all i'd like to say, without any disrespect towards you, that I had pm'd moncalamari about this more than a few days before even discussing this with you on Xfire.

And even still, I thought by him starting this topic, that you had already talked to him about it.

I do not, in any way, remember you telling me it would take a week. I remember you telling me it would take a while. But I do not remember any stated amount of time. In fact I was suprised that a topic was even started about this. I had no idea. I figured you guys would just ask around about me joining.

I'm sorry if there was some communication trouble between us Qdin. I didn't mean any disrespect towards anyone in this matter.

Although I do agree that every [GT] member should have a say about a me, a new member joining. Not a small number.

if you remember back, I told you that I'd wait till at least after the weekend so I had a chance to talk with as many members as possible.

Besides, it shows alot about a person if they want the decisions rushed without having alot patience. I'm glad you didn't tell MC to make a topic about it, but what I don't liek is that you 'had' to ask another member since I already clearly said that it'd be taken care of.

Well.. Looks like i have learned more from the masters. Its just that when i reuqested to Teancum we make a recruiting session in EAW he said he wouldnt like to get involved but he gave me permission to recruit. I told me that i know the perfect people to recruit and that he wished me luck. Well i never started to recruit on EAW but Karnage asked me several days ago. I agreed with him but brought the topic in here as "Potential GT member." I put this up to ask people of [GT] their thoughts on letting Karnage in. Guru told me that -_- was incharge of [GT] clan. -_- agreed to Karnage's recruitment.

Im sorry for this confusion and all. I hope i can have my "recruiting power" back. But instead of "recruit defintie" i well bring the recruitment to Qdin or -_- first. Ill c what they think and they or me can make a topic here and/or ask on xfire (since i have every active [GT] member and some inactive [GT] members). I will not make the final desciion on recruitment. We of [GT] clan will.

Sounds like the recruiting team needs their own, hidden "GT Recruiters Only" forum to discuss who can join
