im making anims for some months now, so im not a total newby
but i have a huge problem:
i made an idle with keyframes on frame 1,30 and 60 for all bons
after i finished the anim, i saw that the legs (thigh, calf, foot) mooved to much
i deleted the keyframes 30 for all bones, then i wanted to rotate and keyfrme them new, but everytime i set a frame after the start frame, the bones continue to move as if the keyframes havent been deleted, i set the last frame to different keyframes restarted the scene, but nothing helpe
does somebody know how to get rid of this issue?
Removing keyframes?

Re: crazy keyframes
set the transition and rotations values of key frame 30 the same as keyframe 1 for the bones involved.
that should make all the other keyframes in between also take on those values and you shouldn't see any movement. (if you do go into the animation editor and set movement to linear for all the bones involved.)
If they do not move then change keyframe 30 to what you want it to be and it should move correctly now, I know it is a long way around but it is better than deleting the whole animation and the movement between keyframes 30 and 60 should also be correct for the new frame 30 position.

Re: crazy keyframes
Are you sure you successfully deleted all keys on frame 30? If the same animation remains unchanged then there must be keys still set on that frame.DarthD.U.C.K. wrote:i deleted the keyframes 30 for all bones, then i wanted to rotate and keyfrme them new, but everytime i set a frame after the start frame, the bones continue to move as if the keyframes havent been deleted...
Select all of your bones and look at the timeline to make sure there are no red marks present on frame 30, if there are then hold shift and left click drag over frame 30 to select those keys and then right click>Delete.
You should be able to adjust and re-key what you want on frame 30 without deleting anything, but if that doesn't work for you either then you may have run into some kind of bug.
What version of XSI are you using?(e.g. 4.2, 5.0, 5.11, Fnd, Ess, Adv)
