Hexing shadow??

Hi,

i have some problems with an unit.
It's an Deathwatch trooper (Jangofett without jetpack and with some extras).

The problem is that ZETools cannot import it correctly. I tryed to import Jango (from stock assets) but this causes Problems, too. So i decided to take Jangos shadow, removing the jetpack, and hexing it to my Unit.
Removing the jetpack and exporting an enveloped hidden shadow wasn't a big problem. But when i hexed it to the Mando Unit i got this Munge Warning:

WARNING[PC_modelmunge msh\mdo_inf_assassin_shadowed.msh]:_PC_WriteShadowVolume(mdo_inf_assassin_shadowed): invalid shadow face normal

about 345 times.
So i thought who cares and tryed running bf2. Because i have random units i wasn't sure what unit will be in the map, but the mandos where the only once i changed something. And the game crashed.

I hope someone can tell me, what this warning is about, how to fix, or find an other way to get the shadow at the trooper. Maybe someone knows an other way how to import something and adding this shadow, than the ZETool.
