No, this isn't another map. This is actually a lack of a map.

I need help. I want ideas for maps! I currently have no maps to work on.

Here are the guidlines:

1. Use common sense. Nothing stupid.

2. It must be Star Wars related.

3. A battle on a certain planet must be able to have happened.

4. No Kashyyyk, Endor, Hoth, Bespin, Kamino, Tatooine, or Yavin maps.

5. No snow maps.

6. No maps in which the game doesn't have its locals.


Right, so what do I do?!?!

Dont waste your time yall. I tried everything, nothing works. And eh will continue with lots and lots and lots of vehciles in a huge, hueg, huge map.

I'd prefer not doing Haruun Kal. But, Dantooine I cannot do until I read Star Wars: Ruins of Dantooine.

As for Praesitlyn, I read Star Wars: Jedi Trial, so that could be cool.

I'd prefer maps with urban combat this time. I want to do that. I could do some of it in Praesitlyn. I also would like to add playable Dark Jedi, maybe for Dantooine (and flying vehicles).

But, I'd prefer all three of those things (flying vehicles, urban combat, playable Dark Jedi).

Have been toying with the idea of a Map but it'd be along way off from completition yet.. so 'd like to see something like it out if you felt like it (or anyone else for that). Ok well the idea I had was for Dagobah. Described as:

A distant, mist-shrouded swamp planet, Dagobah does not appear in any modern starcharts. It is a forgotten world, and it was the home of the last remaining Jedi Master and Council member from the waning days of the Republic.
The planet is covered in gnarled trees and fetid swamps. Huge lagoons are home to fearsome snakes and other creatures that swim in the murky waters. Leathery-winged avians take to the fog-filled skies. Though the planet has no signs of technology, its life form readings register as massive.

Following the scourge of the Jedi by the emergent Empire, the Jedi Master Yoda fled to Dagobah and went into hiding. A world plagued with overgrown jungles, creatures, and constant rain, it was a perfect place to hide. Few would ever come to such a planet willingly.

Not sure if it fits all your prerequisits at the top there but I figured it'd make a great close combat map, some great environment effects. Luke crashed his X wing on Dagobah so one or two mucky old Xwings could be plonked on map, yoda's hut, maybe use the one from tatooine dune sea, again needs to be more mouldy and stuff, Got lots more ides for it but not much time to actually spend on constructing the thing. Era would be GCW could be called Dagobah: The Search For Yoda let me know what you think.

Make up locals from modded Jawas I guess, up to you

I'm sorry, it doesn't fit. No battles happened there. Nobody cares about Dagobah. Plus, I don't make up locals from Jawas, LOL.

Well, no battles were there, you get me. It's not really in the books (besides the Thrawn Trilogy).

Maj, hope someone comes up with a better idea, you'll have to let us know what's in the pipeline when you've started it. It's bound to be great
