How do you go about changing the heads on the .msh files? I have tried doing hex editing but could not get it to work.
I am trying to add a bald (windu) head to the Clone .msh files

If hex editing does not work, then your only alternative left is to use a modeling program, preferably XSI. See forum:

This method in XSI is called a kitbash.
You can also make transparency on the head in .tga file using an alphachannel, then add the head as a addon mesh with an addition in the ODF. But this second method work for only some models and not other.

The reason you can't hex-edit heads from one model to another is that (usually) they're not seperate model chunks in and of themselves.
