2nd Day with XSI, and Already a Problem . . .

Okay, my goal is simple for now. Move the sphere upward. I did it yesterday, but now the arrows are all grey . . .

the arrows are grey cause you didnt select the sphere youre making. heres what you do:
first of all, if its not the normal view, switch it to that. (modes-xsi default)
in the views box, switch to explorer
simply click the one that says "sphere" or whatever its name is. this selects it for you
now the transform tools should work. (specifically the "translate" tool should help you)
