I know there are loads of similar threads but I need help. All of a sudden my map stared to crash. I tought it was because of a screwed up animation on one unit I made but when I removed the unit and cleaned / munged it still crashed. And not only one, but all eras in all gamemodes. Some crash at loading while others 1 second after lloading is finished. I did not get any errors on the log and Im sure there was no typos in the lua files. So I made another project and used the same sides (I went trough them for errors without finding anything) And it still crashes. No errors on the log this time either. This has been going on for days and im getting tired of it. I can see no reason for the map to crash whatsoever and Ive been making custom sides and maps for ages with no problem. The BF2_MODTOOLS thingy doesn't work either so that ones useless. The map itself is not important but Id rather not loose the sides. They are important.
Does anybody have a suggestion? I really need help here.

well it would be helpful if you would post you bf2 log......also do you have munge errors?

If you have the CD version of the game, put BF2_modtools.exe in the same directory as your battlefront2.exe and then run BF2_modtools.exe. Check THIS topic if you have the DVD version of the game and need to get debug output.

Then I will have to install a dedicatled server and other stuff andd it seems a bit more difficult. Ill try it as soon as I have the time tough.
