Internet not working properly

Yesterday I started to have this weird problem with my Internet. Practically every website that I try does not work. These sites give the "Page cannot be displayed" message. Gametoast seems to be the only website that works. Does anyone know what the problem is?

What operating system are you running and what type of internet connection do you have?

I am having similar problems that started about 3 days ago, but refreshing the page usually does the trick, but still there must be something wrong somewhere because you shouldn't have to refresh the page of every website that you visit.
Virus, adware, and spyware scans turned up nothing.

I managed to fix the problem by unplugging my wireless router, and then plugging it back in. I have no idea why or how this worked, but it just did.

Yep, same here, I reset the router and now everything is working properly, don't you just love it when problems tend to creep up out of nowhere?

I guess I have (had?) the same problem. But I guess turning the modem on and off did the trick. Thanks
It was a wireless modem.
Edit: Yea, it works fine now
