so i have been extremely intrested on spending time to make good custom maps with lots of detail.i have windows 7 and i am trying to download the "mod tools" it would keep coming up with the an error that says "the program cant start because binkw.32.dll i missing from your computer,and my norton says that the file is not safe...i want to make maps that people haven't touched on like Stewjon,Corvis Minor, and Mylok IV...but i also dont want it to harm my computer...any help would be awesome. thanks! :)

Did you look at the FAQ? viewtopic.php?f=27&t=13806 Read it thoroughly.
And before you start spamming questions here, also note the Everything you Need thread below the FAQ . You can basically find almost anything you'll need.
The file should not be harmful, so just add it as an exception in Norton. Good luck!
(BTW the file you wanted to open is just a debugger version of the game)
