hi. im new to gametoast and i was just wondering if someone will please tell me how to put skins on troops? please help

hi again i am a big n00b will a kind person please put some skins already in rep.lvl and repshell.lvl for me. (doesnt have to be republic :')

i suggest that you'd try to do it yourself... it doesn't matter that you're a noob, it's important that you even try...
