Problem munging model

In the munge program, it locks up at this:

SplitSkinnedSegments: Split segment with 22 bones (max 15) into 7, 15 (0 overlap)
... Exporting HW soft skinned/SW hard skinned

It only happens when i have my robot modle in the rep side. I exported the modle(has 7108 tri) like this:

It's probably not locked up, just click munge and wait, 7108 triangles is more than likely the culprit.

With a unit model, go ahead and add "-nocollision" to a .msh.option; it'll reduce the time required to munge high-poly models.
