no offense, but isnt this just a reskinned saber and anakin from mustafar with some other default sith attacks? (that appears to not be localized?)

yes it is but it is a very good one and good for people who are too lazy (or can't) skin.

Well actually all these are is the normal anakin hood skin without any skin changes at all (so no gray face) just the change of the blue lightsaber which has changed to red plus all the characters i have now with blue lightsabers have turned to red ones, and added force lightning and force choke. No offence but I could've done that in less than 2 mins...

Ummm...wow. So you put saturation to 0 on the anakin skin and gave him a red sabre + diff force powers.

no, he just changed the saber and force powers. And now all my characters with blue sabers turned to red sabers..

Probably because the name of this saber here was the same as the blue saber you were using, thus when you copied it over, it overwrote your blue saber with the red one.

Open up the skin in GIMP and desaturate it. You'll get the same thing that was posted in the screenshots above.
