you cant, you dont have the code to the mod tools, only softimage does.

you dont somehow get it, no one has it and if you did get it there would probably be some VERY severe consequences, they capped the program for a reason and undoing that would probably get you in alot of trouble, im locking this topic now, this will be discussed no further, you cant export to .msh with mod tools, get over it.
