I assume he meant the weighting. Otherwise he would've said that he canceled and/or halted the colossal awesomeness that is this mod.

if you have remapped the clone, i have already done that and weighted it, i would let you use that (its not the one released) also you could ask MandeRek, hes really good at weighting, and fast.

Now before I go sleepy I would just like to say that its pretty nice. It looks taller, and definitly different. I'm not really sure how I feel about it, wether I hate it or love it, I guess I just need to get used to it, but I think sooner or later, I'll come to like it. Good Work!

Hey, that looks great, but I haven't watched the movies for a long time so I'm not sure if it's more accurate or not. It'll be nice to have a change though.

Id say make the head a bit bigger. Unless the head is the only thing you changed.

Heh, you're implementing semi-automatic and automatic fire modes as well?
Tis fun, makes the gameplay a lot more tactical if you make the semi-automatic mode more accurate than automatic.

Ok, heres the clone trooper helmet model that syth made:

And heres what a real one looks like:

Syths helmet goes from a little thick at the bottom and becomes thinner at the top. It needs to be more...squarish.

Now that I'm really looking at it, it does look a lot more like the shape of the Stormtrooper helmet of the OT than the Phase 2 helmet from RotS.

I think the top part of the head needs to be slightly bigger. You should make the rest of the armor bigger to be consistent if your up to it

Keep in mind that that pic is a toy, not an ilm model.

I dug into my deep reference archive, and found a humongous picture of an Utapau battle (several thousand pixels wide). I was able to get one clone looking right at the camera:
Image

As you see it's a bit wider and shorter, and the ridge on the head protrudes a bit more. Also notive how the front of the mask is. It's more curved upwards on the bottom, and it's thicker. Notice again how the visor is, it's a lot thinner in the middle. Hope the pic helps!

He just needs to make the top of the head just a bit bigger, then itll be perfect!

anyone else think that this argument over which helmet looks more like the movie clone troopers' is getting a little silly?

What was wrong with the shipped model anyway? Although, I do also like the way the new trooper looks with the stormtrooper-shaped head on the clone trooper body, ah well, it barely makes a difference to me.

The shipped model is out of proportion, and its less bulkier then it should be. Heck, all of their human models are slightly out of proportions.

Ive done a little bit of doodling around with it again. added award weapons for the short range carbine - sniper shot mode that uses invisable ammo and the incinerator - a disruptor shot mode

Force push/pull can be charged to make it a wave now

also got a dc-15 model w/ underbarrel launcher just exported by Ace
