Game freezes at end of multiplayer match.

A few days a go I started having this problem. Whenever a multiplayer match is about to end ( right before the "Victory" or "Defeat" screen shows up), the "disconnected" icon starts flashing in the corner and my game completely freezes up. I can't open up the menu or do anything else, I have to Alt + Tab out of the game and manually terminate the process. This has happened on every server I've been on and it just started. Any help would be much appreciated.

Did you try to play different maps? And you played stock maps, right?

Have you waited a while to make sure it isn't just taking forever to time out?

I tried many different stock maps and they all did the same thing.

Yeah, I waited ten minutes once and it didn't do anything.

What changed on your computer when you started having troubles?

So I tried reinstalling the game, that did nothing. I tried disabling my firewall, that also did nothing. And I can't see anything else that may have changed since last I played. Guess it's time to call my ISP.
