Today i want to Review a Game that im waiting for a very Long Time.
Yesterday i rented and played the PC Version of Ghostbusters-The VideoGame for the first Time.
The Game is made for Ghostbusters Fan`s.
If you dont liked the Movies or the Real Ghostbusters Cartoon Serial, you wont like it.
Im a Big Ghostbusters Movie Fan of old Days and i was so happy, when i heard that it will be released this Summer.
I went to rent the UK Vesion which only contains German Subtitles and German Menu but No German Voices.
I could life with it but here i was very nerved from the Original Voices.
They talk all over the Game such unfunny crap(stupid Murray beats them all).
I know they wanted to bring back the Charm of the Movies but they failed massive in this Way.
But then i was way suprised from the nice created Story (Missions),that you play.
Missions like Fighting with Marshmallow-Man at the Time Square and atop of a 5*Hotel
or beating some Levels in the Library, the National Museum of History and a Cemetary Labyrinth in Central Park.
The Ghostbusters-Headquater and Ecto-1 are so detailed recreated from the original Movies.
To use the Proton Pack, that is packed with several cool Weapons, is much fun.
Beating Ghosts while guideing them into your GhostTrap is way funny.
The Controls and the feel of Gameplay is,like you would play Gears of War in some Places.
Really the -Running-Animation is exactly the same.
Like i wrote,i played the PC Version but i need to say that this is the First new Game that have such High Requirements in Hardware, that my Pc is here at its End of Performance.
I played it in High Settigs and everything Enabled but i have had some Lag here and there.
Think i will rent it again.if its released in Fully German and for the PS3 System.
Its a nice Game.8/10

Plus:
GFX and Physics are awesome.
Nice Story
Movie-like CGI Cutscenes
Nice Score/Backround Music
Great spooky Sounds
Nice Gameplay
Easy Controls
Cool Proton Pack with 4 several Weapons
Apperance of many familar Characters and Ghosts out of the Movies.
MP seems to be fun but i didnt played it.

Minus:
Ultra Terrible Voices of nearly All Main Characters.
High System Requirements

I saw some playthroughs in youtube, it looks very fun; I wanted to buy it, but I'm pretty sure my PC won't run it, oh well...

@ Twilight_Warrior:
Enjoy it,its a pretty good Game and for a change unbloody.

@Nihillo:
If you have min. Requierments, then not.
Actually i have beaten the SP Mode and it was nearly 10 Hours of Fun besides of my stupidness.
I played nearly 98% in English. Then i have seen in the Auio-Options that i can disable English Audio. :?
Now i want to play it again. Its worth a 2nd Run.
