the map is totally AWESOME

!!!
the only problem seems to be incompatibility of CW conquest (and maybe flags) with Battlefront Extreme side mod

When I was playing, I experienced EXTREME lag even on SP with all my settings turned all the way down!

I only really experienced lag when looking toward the generator room. It might be because of that hallway is so long.
Also, one time I spawned as Obi-Wan in the circle room (where Maul died) and the spawn point was off in the water.

Oh yeah, this map was DEFINITELY worth the two year wait.

I just have one suggestion for 2.0, when it's released in 2009. GCW:Assault is great, I love battling one.v.one with Maul/Obi-wan. My suggestion is that you increase the health of Maul/Obi-wan. Because it seems we fight and someone wins, then you have to go back to the CP to wait for them to spawn, and the saber fights seem to only take about 20 sec at most. If the Health of both characters was increased to something like 10 times as high, the saber battle would last much longer.
Ok, great map, i'm off to Pwn some Obi-wan Padawan. :maulsaber:

Oh yes, that reminds me. You need to put in Qui-Gon!!!
Especially in Assault. Have both of them spawn but make Qui-Gon have better force and have Obi-Wan have more health (since he killed Darth Maul).
Add more walkways in the generator room.
Increase Darth Mauls health and saber attacks.
Move that spawn point for the CP in the circle room (where Maul and Qui-Gon died) since it is under the water.

well, I think everyone can agree that Qui-Gon is most needed in this map. But, definitely give more health, give Obi-Wan Qui-Gon's saber as well as his regular saber, and Diet Dr. Pepper this really took two years to make? Well, I must consider you crazy enough to work for so long on one map. Once again, congrats on making it so movie-like, d'you think you could add a bit more to Theed? There were some parts where one should have been able to go, but couldn't.

[Diet Dr.Pepper], It worked fine the first 2 times I played, but now it says it cannot load conquest.
edit: nevermind, it was an issue I had with another mod. This is still working great!

I love the map

but I think you need to do more with the sides
(like custom weapons and add Qui-Gon-Jinn to hero assault..... and when i switch weapons as a naboo guard the game freezes

)

Swiching weapons is fine for me

. I agree, you should: have a fake quigon corpse as a prop or add him in assualt (preffabley the latter). At least give obiwon a green saber. Great map though

Awesome map, it does need a few more things though.
-Lightsaber throw, but weaker.
-More health for Darth Maul and Obi-wan.
-Qui-gon Jinn!
-Add more walkways and make the generator room a little bit larger, unless it was that small, I haven't seen Phantom Menace for a few years, so I don't remember how big the room was.
Anyway, awesome map, I can see why it took two years. Keep up the good work!

The lightsaber throw is kinda annony for the bot,and it wasn't used on the scence.

Agreed 100%. Infact, just get rid of maul's saber throw too. Bots just abuse saber throw and lighting.

!!! The only two problems I have is that it's not very stable in multiplayer, but that might just be my computer

. Also, it definently needs Qui-gon Jinn

I think it's probably your computer because multiplayer worked fine for me. (Haven't tried CTF though.)

It is a fantastic map... I encouted a few bugs such as on CTF, when you spawn in as the CIS, engineer sometimes you spawn off the map and fall for a period of time.
Overall good job!

I just downloaded this map. It is awesome! It would have been cool if you put Qui-Gon Jinn in so we could renact the famous lightsaber duel.

I played this map a couple of times and love it.
It realy looks like the movie location ,well done!
the only thing i would add is some cover. The walkways and halls are pretty much empty (like the movie) but for gameplay i would add some boxes and other things for cover.
